iSTAN Air Worthiness Release (AWR) Certificate Approved by the US Army early this month. iSTAN's AWR Certificate was issued based upon testing of the patient simulator in the laboratory and aboard a JUH-60A helicopter.

The newest patient simulator was launched by METI, Medical Education Technologies, Inc., today at HPSN09 in Tampa, Florida. The new simulator, called METIMan Nursing, is a patient simulator focused on the fundamentals of nursing practice. The first METIMan Nursing simulators are expected to ship in June 2009.
